Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong product or a damaged product.

To request a return, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package being opened until the product is fully visible.
• The unboxing video must not contain any cuts, pauses, edits, or alterations.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor colour variations due to screen settings
• Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, if the claim is approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another suitable method.
